Our growing stations take up less space than five parking spots, but each one can produce over 8,000 lbs of food with 10x less greenhouse gas emissions, water, and energy than conventional methods.

We collect and compost food waste from restaurants and dining halls to heat our greenhouses and grow our mushrooms.
